Frequently Asked Questions - Purchase Information

Files are immediately available for download following notification from PayPal of successful completion and receipt of payment. For e-checks, allow an additional 3-5 business days; this is dependent on how quickly your financial institution processes e-check requests.

As of October 2011, our website has been completely restructured (a "facelift" and new software).  However, we still have access to all customer accounts prior to this date and can provide copies of order confirmations.  Just email us using our contact form and we'll be happy to assist.

You can request an additional download for a specific file after the download period by using our contact form and including your order number up to 30 days from original purchase date. If more than 30 days have transpired since your original purchase date, you will need to reorder your selected file.

For questions related to your order for which there are no answers within our FAQ or Resources pages, please contact us using our online form and include your order number for reference.  Our customer service representatives will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

Please note:  In order to continue offering images at the lowest affordable price, we do not offer support via phone.

Because our product line is specific to delivery of digital images, support is limited to issues directly related to order fulfillment and our image files. Support is provided soley via email. Issues related to the use of different software programs in modifying the image files or adding text should be directed to the software's tech support. Most customers wishing to speak with customer support are looking for step-by-step instructions on adding text or help in using third-party software installed on their computer. This is a service we do not provide. If you are unsure of how to use our digital images, we recommend you download our sample image to test your skills before purchase. Usually the best resource for finding tutorials for specific software can readily be found via internet searches.

We currently do not provide support via phone. This allows us to continue offering products at an affordable price.  Answers to the majority of questions can be found in our FAQ and Resources pages.   All questions related to orders should be directed to our contact form and we will attempt to respond as quickly as possible.

Purchases are non-refundable. 

We encourage all our customers to test our sample images before making a purchase to ensure that the image and print quality meets their requirements.   This will also provide the opportunity to practice customizing the images.  This is important because our digital products are non-refundable after download.

 

 Click here to download our sample images and take them for a test drive.  Uncompress the images and then open the .jpg files in a graphics program, a text editor such as Word, or personalize them online using http://pixlr.com

 

Our refund policy is standard for any online site offering digital media.  Once a customer has taken possession of a digital image via download or email delivery, their purchase can not be refunded.  Downloads are monitored by IP addresses and log in history.   This policy is posted within our Conditions of Use and FAQs.  Additionally, there is a reminder and an acceptance requirement of this policy during the Checkout process.



As with all digital media, customers should test a demo or sample version to see if it meets their needs prior to purchase.
